The company is headquartered in Rock Island, Illinois and is licensed to do business in 42 states and the District of Columbia. Its 250,000 policyholders benefit from a number of other membership privileges that includes scholarship opportunities for children and fraternal aid in the wake of illness or disaster. The organization also sells Medicare supplemental insurance.
