First The PacifiCare Signature Value HMO Plan, each plan offers its own benefits for their clients. An example of it is the plan offers one of the most inexpensive options for clients. With the SignatureValue plan you have to work within a network of doctors, Health care clinics, hospitals and you can choose a primary care but you are not allowed to use a doctor, Clinic or hospital outside of your network unless there is an adequate emergency reasons for doing such. Since the plan is not that flexible the plan offers affordability and PacifiCare networks also decide who will be your physician. No worries, PacifiCare has number doctors to choose from. Second one is the PacifiCare Signature POS plan. This Plan offers more flexibility to users than the SignatureValue Plan. However, this flexibility is more expensive but many people still find that POS plans are very affordable since it provides more benefit. With PacifiCare’s POS plan you still work within a network of doctors and hospitals and you have to freedom to pick a limited primary care doctor. You can also visit doctors and hospitals out of your network if you are eager to pay the disparity between the allowable cost and actual cost of your visit. The third one is the PacifiCare SignatureElite PPO Plan, in this plan you are given a much wider variety of doctors to select from within the network. The fourth one is PacifiCare SignatureIndependence, in this plan it offers you full flexibility to choose your doctor, specialist and hospital. You can only reduce the rate or price of this insurance plan by choosing a high deductable, lower caps on the services that you get or choose only to get specific services like basic medical care or hospital care only. Lastly PacifiCare SignatureFreedom SDHP Plan, it is a self-directed plan that allows or permits you to place a ceiling on the amount of money that will be paid out for exact coverage. An example of that is, if you choose your routine services to cap out at $8,000 per year then you can visit your physician and incur costs of up to $8,000 per year. If you have already met the cap then you must pay the additional service out of pocket. You can choose to pay deductibles and coinsurance to facilitate your yearly costs so that you don’t need to cap soon.
